Following a recent management buy-out, Lewis Doherty has been appointed Director of DRAC, marking an exciting new phase for the business.
This milestone represents the next step in DRAC’s continued evolution as one of Wales’ leading independent building services and sustainability consultancies.
Lewis acknowledged the invaluable contributions of Dave, Russell, Alan and Carl, whose leadership and commitment have defined DRAC’s values and reputation.
“Their vision and hard work have built an incredible legacy,” said Lewis. “I’m deeply grateful for what they’ve achieved and proud to continue their work with such a talented team around me.”
He also confirmed that continuity and stability will remain central to DRAC’s operations, ensuring a smooth transition for both staff and clients.
“Our focus is on maintaining the supportive, collaborative culture that drives our success — while continuing to grow, innovate, and deliver the high standards our clients expect.”
Carl and Russell will remain actively involved in consulting roles, providing ongoing expertise and guidance as DRAC continues to deliver sustainable, future-ready projects across the UK.
