Areas of Work

Access Control Systems

They are security systems designed to regulate and monitor access in a building, room, or area within a facility to ensure only authorised individuals can enter while preventing unauthorised access.

Air Condition Comfort

Comfort air conditioning in our designs ensures a comfortable indoor environment for homes, offices, and public spaces by regulating temperature, humidity, and air quality while promoting productivity, health, and well-being.

Building Management Systems (BMS)

Computer-based control systems that monitor and manage lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. They automate and optimise performance, improve energy efficiency and reduce waste and operating costs.

CCTV Systems (CCTV)

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) records images of people in specific public places, such as town centres, roads, airports, and public transport.

Chilled Water

Used to provide cooling, water is cooled in chiller units, then distributed by pipework to air handling units where it is used to cool air ducted through the building for ventilation and dehumidifying ventilated air.

Close Control Air Conditioning

This design system controls room temperature and humidity in rooms with Computer Servers, Data Centers, Laboratories, Telecommunication, etc.

Comfort Ventilation

Intake and exhaust of the air ventilation system that ensures highly efficient heat recovery based on a comfortable and energy-saving design.

Control Systems

We use control systems to manage, command, direct and regulate the behaviour of other devices or systems using control loops.

Domestic Heating

A central heating system connected to a boiler uses pipework and radiators to transfer heat throughout the building and back to the boiler for reheating. It also provides hot water to hot taps.

Earthing Systems

Also known as a grounding system, it is a network of conductors that safely dissipates electrical current into the ground. Its primary purpose is to prevent voltage build-up on conductive parts and stabilise electrical systems.

Fire Alarm Systems

A building system designed to detect and alert occupants and emergency authorities of the presence of smoke, fire, carbon monoxide or other fire-related emergencies.

Heating

Used in manufacturing, we design these systems to help maintain a comfortable and safe working environment that protects equipment and materials from damage caused by cold temperatures.

Heat Recovery Systems

Our energy-efficient design systems include heat recovery and ventilation systems that recover heat from the air. It extracts stale air from a building and, using a heat exchanger, transfers the heat to fresh incoming air.

High and Low Voltage Distribution Systems

Low voltage (LV) refers to a voltage greater than 50V but not exceeding 1000V (AC RMS) or 1500V (ripple-free DC). High voltage (HV) refers to a voltage higher than low voltage. Extra low voltage (ELV) refers to a voltage of or less (AC RMS) or 120V or less (ripple-free DC).

High-Temperature Hot Water (HTW)

A heating system that operates at temperatures exceeding 350oF (177oC). It is commonly used in large distribution and process application systems and has a maximum operating pressure of less than 300 psi (20.7 bar)

ICT Services

Technology systems and solutions that facilitate the management, storage, transmission, and retrieval of information. They are hardware and software solutions, network infrastructure, data centres, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and telecommunications.

Intruder Alarm Systems

A system designed to detect unauthorised entry or intrusion into a building. It typically consists of sensors, such as door/window contacts, motion detectors, and a control panel that monitors these sensors.

Low-Temperature Hot Water

In a low-temperature heating system, such as those using condensing boilers or heat pumps, the water supply temperature is significantly lower, ranging from 45°C to 55°C or even as low as 35°C to 45°C.

Low Carbon Technologies

These are essential for achieving a low-carbon economy. They include wind turbines, solar panels, biomass systems, and carbon capture equipment, all playing a crucial role in reducing pollution.

Lighting & Small Power Designs.

We advise on efficient electrical systems by selecting the right lighting fixtures, planning their placement, and establishing the required electrical circuits that are safe, functional, and energy-efficient.

Lightning Protection

It is designed to prevent or reduce damage caused by lightning strikes to buildings. They safeguard the internal electrical components of a structure, mitigating the risk of fires or harmful electrical surges that may occur when lightning enters the building through wires and pipes.

Process Ventilation

It uses fans and duct work to extract contaminated air from a workplace or treat it before releasing it into the environment. It cleans the air and prevents the build-up of hazardous substances.

Power Systems: Generation

Typically, they operate as heat engines, converting heat input to generate electricity. This heat input can be from fossil fuels like coal, oil, and natural gas, biomass or thermal energy from renewable sources.

Security Systems

They are systems with different methods or devices designed to protect people and property from various hazards, such as crime, fire, accidents, theft, sabotage, subversion, or attack.

Steam Heating Systems

Steam heat is created by converting water from a steam boiler to steam using a combustible fuel source such as gas, oil or electric burner.

Voice/Data Services

Communication services that enable the transmission and exchange of voice and data information. They include phone calls, video calls, text messages, and internet data transfer.
